Data platforms

Warehouse builds and migrations, contract-driven dbt pipelines, orchestration and streaming. Built with tests, cost controls and runbooks, because we will be the ones on call for it if you ask us to be.

Warehouse builds and migrations

Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks set up with roles, cost controls and environments from day one, or migrated from what you have with parity checks.

dbt models and tests

Layered models, contracts between layers, tests that fail the pipeline instead of the dashboard, and CI that runs them on every pull request.

Orchestration and streaming

Airflow for scheduled work, Kafka where events have to arrive in order and on time. Alerts that reach a person, with runbooks attached.

Ingestion

Managed connectors where they are good enough, custom extractors where they are not, with schema-change handling and backfills that can be re-run.

Cost and observability

Spend tagged by team and job, freshness and volume monitors, and the dashboards to see both. The same controls the cost audit checks for.

Platform work usually starts from a cost audit or a readiness scan, which show where the platform actually hurts. Larger builds run as a dedicated pod.

Tell us about your platform

A 30-minute technical conversation about your stack and what you are trying to do. If a free readiness scan makes sense, we will say so; if not, we will say that too.
